Boulders by Shipley to Shore Trail
 Transforming the trail – As of fall ’23, beautiful boulder clusters now mark this portion of the trail near the Dog Park. Moving the boulders into place is not cheap for HB Trees, and donations are appreciated. |
 Spring 2023, Josh & his HB city coworkers dug five holes and in them placed Redbud trees like this one. HB Tree Society purchased the trees & paid to have several boulders (donated by Site One Landscaping) placed in the spruced-up area in front of Shipley Nature Center, near the Shipley to Shore Trail head. |

 The north end of the Urban Forest has been graced with boulders perfect for sitting and viewing one of Huntington Beach’s most picturesque places. More boulders are planned for way-finding along additional sections of the Shipley to Shore Nature Trail. |
