“Shipley to Shore” Trail Growers

Gratitude for Shipley to Shore Trail Growers – Scouts from Huntington Beach and Westminster spent a Saturday morning in June clearing and planting sage, salvia, Mexican marigolds and verbena along the mid-section of the Shipley to Shore Nature Trail, adjacent to Ellis Avenue. HB Tree Society President Jean Nagy, above left, taught them proper planting techniques to help ensure these flowers thrive.

Everyone involved with our organization, from Volunteer to President, brings immense value and purpose to the work we do.

This article was written by a Huntington Beach Tree Society team member with a sincere passion to help the world we all share get better with each passing day.
